Is this a certification?
It provides training, affirmation language, and documentation. Formal church licensing is handled separately.

How long does it take?
The core training can be completed in stages and revisited quarterly.

Can churches use this for leader onboarding?
Yes — LM is designed to integrate cleanly into church oversight structures.
